Accepted Payment Methods
Mooney Boats Shop accepts online payments using Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. We also support Google Pay where available.
The payment methods available for your order will be displayed during checkout.
Currency and Prices
Our website allows customers to view prices and select from the currencies available on the website, including euros (EUR) and pounds sterling (GBP).
Your payment will be charged in the currency selected for your order, as displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
If your card account is held in a different currency from the currency charged, your bank or card provider may convert the payment using its own exchange rate and may apply additional foreign transaction or currency conversion fees. These charges are determined by your card provider and are outside our control.
Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
When Will I Be Charged?
Payment is taken when you complete checkout and place your order. Your payment is processed through our payment provider, subject to successful authorisation.
You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order. Orders remain subject to our Terms & Conditions, including any applicable stock availability and order verification requirements.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined or cannot be completed, your order may not be successfully placed or processed.
If this happens, please check that your payment details are correct and that your card provider has not declined the transaction. You may wish to contact your bank or card provider, or try another payment method offered at checkout.
If you believe you have been charged but have not received an order confirmation, please contact us before placing the order again. We will check the transaction to help avoid duplicate orders or payments.
Payment Security and Card Information
Online payments are processed through Stripe, our payment processing provider.
Payments are handled using security measures designed to protect payment information during transmission and processing, including secure connections and appropriate encryption.
Mooney Boats Shop does not store customers' full payment card numbers or card security codes on its own systems. Payment details required to complete a transaction are handled by our payment provider.
We may receive transaction information, such as the order amount, payment status and transaction reference, to process orders, manage refunds and assist with payment enquiries.
Personal information associated with your order is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Refunds and Payment Queries
If you have a question about a payment, believe you have been charged incorrectly or need assistance with a transaction, please contact our sales team.
When contacting us, please provide your order number, transaction date and the amount involved. For your security, do not email us your full payment card number or card security code.
Refund eligibility and arrangements are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Where a refund is due, it will generally be returned through the original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card provider or payment method.
