Shipping And Handling
We deliver next working day in Ireland by courier.
Our standard delivery charges are as follows:
- Small Items (things that fit in a paper envelope) - €2.00 including VAT
- Standard Items- €10.00 including VAT
- Paint (up to 2 tins)- €36.90 including VAT
- Paint (over 2 tins)- €50.00 including VAT
Deliveries outside of Ireland can be arranged by contacting the shop directly on +353 74 9731152.
*Please note that paint is not shipped by our regular courier due to its specific handling requirements. Please allow 48 hours for delivery.*
Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you on the day of purchase if ordered before 12pm and aim to deliver on the next working day.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Click and Collect Collection Point
You are able to pick up your Click and Collect orders at our shop address in Killybegs where a member of our sales counter team will help you.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be ready. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection.
