Returns Policy
We at Mooney Boats Ltd. pride ourselves on the high quality of the products we supply to our customers. We understand that there are cases where a product is not fit for purpose or simply does not suit the reason it was bought.
For this reason, we are happy to accept items returned to us within 14 days of delivery. We offer an exchange or full refund to your credit or debit card once we receive the items and process them in our warehouse.
Returns that fall outside the 14-day period may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of Mooney Boats Ltd.
Returns must be sent using a courier, parcel, or postal service with tracking, at the customer’s expense.
All items must be returned to Mooney Boats Ltd. in the same condition in which they were shipped and in a saleable condition.
If there is an error or shortage in your order, Mooney Boats Ltd. must be notified within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
Mooney Boats Ltd. reserves the right to refuse a returned purchase if it is deemed that the item has been used and then returned for any reason other than being faulty.
How to Return Products
- Put your unused item for return back in its original packaging.
- State whether you are returning or exchanging your purchase and the reason why.
- Return to: Mooney Boats Ltd., Shore Road, Killybegs, Co. Donegal, F94 AEC5.

Returns Guidelines
Each returned item should be in its original packaging with the manufacturer’s labels attached.
Please do not tape or attach labels directly to the retail packaging.
Mooney Boats Ltd. reserves the right to reject any returned goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy, and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them. Refunds will be processed within 10-14 working days of the product being returned and will be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the goods.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available on sale, reduced, or discontinued price items.
