Returns Policy
We at Mooney Boats Ltd, pride ourselves with the high-quality of the products we supply to our customers. We understand that there are cases where the product itself is not fit for purpose or simply does not suit the reason it was bought for.
For this reason we are happy to accept items returned to us within 14 days of delivery. We offer you an exchange or full refund to your credit or debit card once we receive the items & process them in our warehouse.
Returns that fall outside the 14-day period can be considered on a case-by-case basis, is at the discretion of Mooney Boats Ltd.
Returns must be sent using a courier/parcel/postal service with tracking, at customers expense.
All items must be returned to Mooney Boats Ltd. in the same condition in which they were shipped and in a saleable condition.
If there is an error or shortage in your order Mooney Boats Ltd. must be notified within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
Mooney Boats Ltd. reserves the right to refuse a returned purchase, if it is deemed the item has been used & then returned for any reason other than being faulty.

State whether you are returning or exchanging your purchase and the reason why

Returns guidelines
Each returned item should be in its original packaging with the manufacturer’s labels attached.
Please do not tape or attach labels directly to the retail packaging.
Mooney Boats Ltd. reserve the right to reject any returned goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them as soon as we possibly can. Refunds will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the goods.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds are not available on Sale, Reduced or Discontinued price items.
